| I was born Feb. 11, in Connecticut, USA, and was adopted six weeks later - March 26. I continued to live in CT until the age of 16 when my family moved to Enterprise, AL. At age 18 I moved back to CT, again with my family, and attempted to go to college. Hard part about that being I had no idea what I wanted to do. In 2004, on the recommendation of my mother who told me I needed a skill to get a job, I graduated with a certification in PC repair and began work as a web hosting technician for Web.Com. Shortly after that, (very shortly, as in four months) Web.Com laid off their entire support team and moved it to Russia. Needless to say, I needed another job. Luckily my long time friend was living in Nashville, TN and working for Dell, Inc (yeah the computer company) and told me they were hiring. So two months later I found myself moved in with her and living in Nashville. I spent the next three years working for both Dell and an insurance company (not at the same time) before realizing I wanted to be closer to my family, and once again, I moved back to CT. I'd like to take this time, to make it known, that it is COLD in CT and I do NOT like the cold... Thank you, this has been a public service announcement I will now return you to your regularly scheduled program. I started the intense and not at all rewarding, but time honored tradition of Looking for a Job. I tried first, NYC, but quickly ran out of money, had to admit defeat and look for some jobs in CT. I finally gave up on THAT and went to the head hunters. This proved more profitable as I was able to find a job quickly. Downside, it was contract work. I did this while I started my foray into upper education (not sure I'd call it higher), working toward an associate degree in Web Design. 3 years later, TAH-DAH! I graduated. About time really. I now have 2 certifications and an associate degree. Sites to Visit: Personal Website: Fading Eclipse Dichotomy Slash Novel, Co-written - Two powerful men, one property, one a great lord, and both haunted by spectres of the past, are forced together by a society crumbling at the edges. To survive, they must find trust, friendship, and perhaps something more. [Slash, Het, Romance, Adventure] Nightfall - Fem-slash. After hundreds of years of life being the same year after year, Adrien meets a bubbly actress in Chicago and her life changes forever. Silly Fun Facts: ** Just graduated with a degree in web development/design **I'm obsessed with my (co-owned) slash novel: Dichotomy **I love studying Art, History, Art history, Web development, and Astronomy. **I'm completely obsessed with Star Trek, Sherlock Holmes, Red Dwarf, the Justice League/Static/Superman cartoons (DCAU) and Psych, all making it very easy to find the Slash hidden within. **I absolutely hate labels on people. "All people who are _____ are alike" I hate that, and tend not to do it. I don't understand why we insist on making labels for people when all it does is spread negativity. Blah! Stop the hate, people, feel the love and go plant a tree, goodness knows we need more of them! They're pretty! **My Favorite color is Green, Favorite smell is freshly mowed lawn, Favorite Ice cream is Mint, favorite Superhero is DEFINITELY Superman *crush!* (Though the Cartoon's Justice League Green Lantern is definitely high on my list of love), I find the process of walking very interesting and want to know who was the first person to decide to eat an egg? (Or Drink Milk)? "Look, something just fell out of that chicken's bum, Lets eat it!!" Weird. |

As I lie in bed, gazing at the stars, I wonder...
where the heck is my ceiling?
